By using any PaulSpeaks Ltd product or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

PaulSpeaks Ltd provides AI-powered software applications for English learners and businesses. Our products include learning apps, business tools, and communication services.

3. Accounts

Some services require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on the plan you choose.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Free Trials

Some products offer a free trial period (typically 24 hours or 2 days). After the trial expires, you will need to subscribe to continue using the service. No payment is taken during the trial.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content

7. AI-Generated Content

Our products use artificial intelligence to generate responses, lessons, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. It should not be relied upon as professional advice.

8. Phone and SMS Services

If you use our phone or SMS services, standard call and messaging rates from your provider may apply. Our AI receptionist and SMS forwarding services are provided as-is.

9. Limitation of Liability

PaulSpeaks Ltd provides its services "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
